How is balinese black pig different?
Balinese Bangkal Hitam black pig is a heritage breed known for its rich, tender meat and unique flavour profile. We proudly partner with Bali Heritage Pigs, a farm based in Bedugul : The only farm in Indonesia raising black pigs in an organic, free-range environment to ensure the highest quality.
Who is Richard Gillet?
Chef Richard Gillet brings over 25 years of culinary excellence to our delicatessen. His journey began with training under the renowned Bernard Loiseau at the iconic 3-star Michelin restaurant in France. He later became a visionary entrepreneur, founding one of Cambodia’s most distinguished restaurant groups. Now based in Bali, Chef Richard combines his expertise and passion to craft gourmet experiences that are both innovative and timeless.
How long can I keep your products?
All our Charcuterie is dried and cured, making it incredibly easy to store! Simply keep it in the fridge in an airtight container or vacuum-packed, and it will stay fresh for 3 to 6 months.
For our other products such as sausages, jars, salmon, and butcher cuts, you can freeze them to preserve their quality for as long as needed. Just remember to take them out of the freezer a day before enjoying, allowing them to thaw gently for the best flavor and texture!
